The Space
Koel Country House is a 150sqm maisonette. The first floor is a single bright space divided by arches and consists of a living room, 2 large wooden balconies with a stunning view, a dining room, a wc and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 independent entrances. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bright bedrooms with balconies and a bathroom. The red bedroom has one double bed, the blue bedroom has 2 single beds and the pink bedroom has one double bed. The bathroom is fully equipped. Clean hand, face and body towels are provided to each guest.
The house is set on a plot of 500sqm with a gazebo, BBQ, a citrus tree garden and free parking. The area is very quiet and surrounded by pine trees. The sea is very close (a 5-minute drive). Ideal from 2 up to 6 guests and even more (upon request).
Koel Amenities
Each guest receives a travel size cotton pouch with useful amenities as toothbrush, cotton buds, cotton pads, hair shower cap, earplugs, nail file, sewing kit, handmade soap, natural loofah sponge, hair comb (for ladies), shaving brush (for gentlemen) and a pair of slippers. Koel amenities are designed by Techne Studio and are 100% Eco friendly.
We do not use individual plastic bottles of shampoo & body wash in order to reduce plastic use. Therefore we designed and replaced individual bottles with Environmentally-sensitive dispensers. In the bathroom the guests will find large dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, sun cream SPF30, shaving gel and face cleansing lotion.
